First of all, I would like to thank Paul, Chris and Jake at Muskie Bay for all of their hard work--and delicious meals!

Second, I would like to thank everyone who attended. I had a great time and it is all because of you. Kind of too bad we fished so much and didn't really get a chance to drink beer and kick back (never got a bad weather night that kept us off of the water).

We didn't get the hot, stable weather that I was hoping for. We had great weater, but every other day we had a front come through that affected the night fishing. We caught fish both night and day but the fish were really spread out and not stacked up on any one spot. Covering water worked a lot better than beating up on any one spot. Fish were caught on Slammer 12" Deep Minnows, 13"Jointed Believers, 14" Jakes, 13" Grandmas, custom TrueGlide crankbaits, Hookers, Wishmasters, Bull Dawgs and Showgirls.

We didn't boat any really big fish, but all but one of the fish we caught were exceptionally heavy--even for Crow standards! Lots of 41"-42" fish and good numbers of 45"-48" fish as well. I did get to see a mid 50" 50#class fish follow up my bait after a trolling pass on Sunday. First fish in many years that actually got my knees wobbly again!

Sorry I don't remember your last names, but here is the breakdown:
Luke and Heath boated 5 fish up to 46"
Mike boated a 41" 42" and 45"
Bill W. boated his first--a 42"
Paul landed the smallest muskie :-) He also got a 41".
Patrick Finn brought up his kids and they got 3 fish. His older boy James got the biggest fish (a 48") trolling but really wanted to catch one casting and I think he felt he was outdone by his younger brother when he got a 42" close to boatside on a bucktail! These boys fish hard and have caught a lot of nice fish on Crow. They will stay out all night trolling with their dad. He is the one that will finally say that it is time to go in--not the boys!

To finish up the report, I got an ugly 41", 2 42" a 44" and a 47"

If I missed any additional fish you can yell at me--I am used to it :-)
