Stop in and check out these great, new, affordable rods! Priced between $230.00 and $300.00, they perform REALLY well. I caught a nice Tarpon in The Keys on the Big Sky 11-weight last June, and have fished many species with several models from both series. Cortland Big Sky rods are easy-loading, smooth casters. Diamondback Flawless rods are lightweight, fast, high-line speed rods. Excellent for a primary salt rod, but be careful about buying one for a back-up rod, it might be better than your #1 stick. I know, I was surprised, too.

I just got back from a week in Montana...fished the Big Sky 5 with dries and nymphs...it was great! I enjoyed fishing it, and my buddy who is new to flyfishing found it to be easier to cast than the other rods in my boat. I fished the Flawless 6 with nymphs, and really liked it. What a sweet-casting rod.
