Floated above Monticello in 20-30 mph south winds, caught lots of smallmouth bass on white clouser minnows and black rabbit leeches with sink-tip lines. Many small fish, but some really chunky smallies in the 16-18" range. It was nice to see a little more flow than we've had all summer.
