Roots,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The guys in the rod shop aren't up and running on-line yet. Please call 763-572-3782 and ask for Lonnie Murphy.
Thank you,
Brett Erickson

Hi Brett,

I'd really like to learn how to build my own fly rods. I'm interested in buying my own equipment, equipment I could "grow into," but need some direction. Could you offer any suggestions?

Also, do you guys offer any rod building classes?

Thanks,

John S

Hi John,
We sell rod building turners from flex coat, they also offer several other items that you might want to look at that we can special order for you if you are interested. We do offer one on one instruction here at the shop by appointment. I would highly recommend coming up here to build your first rod and it will give you a better handle on the whole process in the rod building future.
