These are COOL! Try a Berkley 5" Power Jerkshad on an 1/4oz ISG Elite Tube Jig. It should dart around like crazy! Might have to add a little Fishin'Glue to the jig to really keep it in place.

This bait really got smacked around, but after going 0 for 7 on the first day I knew I had to rig up a stinger. After either putting a treble hook on the hook of the jig before you poke the point through or adding a Northland Stinger Hook to it and burying it into the plastic just in front of the forked tail on the Jerk Shad I was able to land some fish on it. It really does swim nice and flutters and falls much slower than most tubes. Give it a try.
