I was wondering if any of you fine folks in Minnesota help me find a nice cabin for 2 to 4 guys during the 3rd week in July. I heard The red Door is great but cannot get in during that week. would like to stay on that side of the lake if possible.

One thing to keep on top of this year is going to be the lake level. If we don't get a bunch more snow or rain the sand is going to be bone dry up on the northside and will make launching very ugly. Last fall you could only really get out of the south Garrison access on the NW corner or out of Mac's Twin Bay down on the SE corner. WE NEED PRECIPITATION--BAD!!!!!

Other places to try on the north end are Barnacle Bill's and Barneveld's. Agate Bay Resort really isn't that far either and is right by Malmo on the SE corner. The cabin Calvin mentioned does sound like something to look into as well.

Dennis,
Did you find a place on Mille Lacs yet? That week is crazy up there!
