The 7.5" A-P-Lure will handle the most speed and still be in control. Most baits as you pick up the speed they start getting really erratic. That is not a bad thing though. Can't tell you how may fish I have caught over the years working a 6" Reef Hawg really fast and erratic. Phantoms are probably the second fastest working bait to the A-P. If you want to get even more speed out of the 7.5" and 9" A-P-Lures, attach bell sinkers to the split rings. They also knock against the body and give it some noise. Only bad thing is it will beat the bait up faster. Brett Erickson
