Before I go up to Canada I was think I should buy some replacement hooks for the DCG's I am using the #10 blade model. What size and type hooks should I have as replacements if I need to cut a hook?

7/0 mustads or 7/0 vmc's.

Mustad 7/0 model 3551 trebles are usually what they come with. If I am going to be running them through heavy weedgrowth, I actually have some that I have rebuilt with Eagle Claw 5/0 model 774 trebles as they are strong hooks, good size and the bait goes through the vegetation much better. Just something to think about.
